Project Overview
Renovated in 2016, this home had an interesting dynamic with the floor plan. We created a space that could work in this garage/unfinished room.
This was a spacious home but at this time, they were expanding their family and needed some extra space for a guest room/play room for the older kids.
Basement square footage addition added 890 sqft. Equipped to be a bedroom and a kids area, has a study area and a full bathroom.
